Collecting and Using Your Personal Data
Types of Data Collected
Personal Data
While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
- Email address
- First name and last name
- Onboarding information You provide when setting up the Application — such as your children's first names, ages and the parenting goals or preferences You choose. This onboarding data is stored only with Us and is used to personalize tips, tasks and AI responses.
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device's unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
Tasks, Memories and Photos Stored on Your Device
The Application lets You create tasks and save memories, which may include pictures from your Device's camera and photo library that You choose to add.
Pictures You upload to the Application are stored locally on Your Device only. We do not upload these images to Our servers and We do not have access to them. Because this Content stays on Your Device, removing it is also within Your control — deleting it in the Application or removing the Application removes the associated local images. You can enable or disable access to your camera and photo library at any time through Your Device settings.
AI Features (Google Gemini)
To provide parenting tips, suggestions and answers to the questions you ask in the Application, We use Google's Geminigenerative-AI models. When You request AI-generated content, the text of your question along with relevant context (such as your selected parenting preferences or a child's age) may be sent to Google in order to generate a response.
We do not send Your locally stored photos to the AI provider. AI providers process this information as Our Service Provider to return a result; the information is used to generate responses and is not used by Us to identify You beyond providing the Service. Please review Google's privacy terms for more information on how they handle data submitted to their AI services.
In-App Subscriptions and Payments (RevenueCat)
The Application offers paid in-app subscriptions. Purchases are processed by the app store You use (for example, the Apple App Store), and We use RevenueCat as a Service Provider to manage and validate subscriptions, entitlements and receipts.
We do not collect or store Your full payment card details; those are handled by the app store. RevenueCat may process information such as a purchase token, anonymized app user identifier, subscription status and related transaction metadata on Our behalf so that We can give You access to the features You have purchased.

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

- For business transfers: We may share or transfer Your Personal Data in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of Our business to another company.

Usage Data is generally retained for up to 24 months for security monitoring, troubleshooting and service improvement, and may be retained longer only where necessary for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance. Locally stored photos are not retained by Us at all, as they never leave Your Device.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. This information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of Your jurisdiction. The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Delete Your Personal Data
You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You. Our Service may give You the ability to delete certain information about You from within the Service.

Children's Privacy
Our Service is intended for use by parents and guardians. It does not address anyone under the age of 16, and We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. Information about a child that a parent chooses to add (such as a first name and age) is provided by the parent to personalize the experience. If You are a parent or guardian and You believe a child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us, and We will take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top. We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service prior to the change becoming effective. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
